What we receive

From the contact form: the .com named in the form, your name and company, an email for our answer, and whatever optional phone, subject or message you add. With each submission we also keep the network address it came from, so that abuse of the form can be traced.

By email: the content of your message and the standard information every email carries, such as the sender, the time and the servers it passed through.

From visiting the site: no cookies are set and no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on these pages. Our host keeps short technical logs of requests (page, time, browser type, network address), used to keep the site secure and to count visits in aggregate. These logs do not identify you by name.

Why we use it

To reply, and if a purchase follows, to draw up the agreement and carry out the transfer. We do not sell your information, share it for anyone's marketing, or add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the site and receives form submissions. Its Turnstile check on the contact page looks at signals from your browser for the sole purpose of telling people from automated traffic.
• Our email provider stores and delivers our mail, including the copy of each form submission sent to our inbox.
• A licensed escrow service handles payment if a sale goes ahead. It collects what it needs under its own privacy notice and its own legal checks. Card and bank details are given to escrow only; we never see them.

How long we keep it

Messages and form submissions are deleted two years after the last exchange in a conversation. When a sale completes, its records are retained as tax rules require, in practice about seven years.

Your choices

Write to us and we will show you the details we have on you, fix anything wrong, or erase it entirely. The address is natalia@superlativeadvisory.com. We answer within thirty days and do not charge for it. If we wrote to you first and you would rather we did not again, reply "stop" and we will not.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you further rights, and we will honour them. This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
