Terms

Terms of use

Last updated 9 October 2026. These terms cover your use of superlativeadvisory.com. By using the site, you accept them.

The site

The pages describe how Superlative Advisory offers .com names and how a purchase is completed. They are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing here is itself a sale offer for a specific address.

Quotes and sales

A figure we give by email or by phone is an indication of the price for one name. It becomes binding only when both sides sign a written agreement naming the address, the price and the transfer arrangements. Until then, either side may withdraw, and a name may be sold to someone else.

Money for a name moves through a licensed escrow company, on the conditions that company sets. We never accept it directly.

The contact form

Use the form for genuine enquiries only. Do not send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading, and do not try to probe, overload or get around the form's protections. We may ignore or block submissions that misuse it.

Content

The text, layout, mark and images on this site belong to Superlative Advisory. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy the site or reuse the portrait.

No warranty

We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be online or free of errors. So far as the law permits, losses that come from using the site itself are not our responsibility. Nothing here limits obligations set out in a signed sale agreement.

Law

Nevada law applies to these terms. Questions about them go to natalia@superlativeadvisory.com.
